Job Description

What You'll Do:Oversee the daily operations of our roll-off dumpster rental business, ensuring efficient scheduling, dispatching, and completion of jobs.Manage communication with customers, vendors, drivers, and support staff to ensure top-notch service.Coordinate maintenance of trucks and container inventory to ensure safety and readiness.Handle customer and vendor inquiries, process orders, and maintain accurate records.Assist in developing and implementing policies, procedures, and safety protocols.Support sales and business development efforts by building customer relationships and Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational activities and provide reports to ownership to drive operational improvements.Support with driving requirements when needed Participate in local associations and community events to foster brand visibility and market growth.What We're Looking For:Detail-oriented and highly organized.Strong computer skills and comfort with learning new software systems.Entrepreneurial mindset — someone who is proactive and takes ownership.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to wear multiple “hats” in a fast-moving environment.Enjoys working with technology to enhance business operations.A desire to grow with the company and contribute to its long-term success.5+ years of previous experience in operations, or transportation logistics
