Operations Manager

We are Seeking an experienced Operations Manager to optimize processes, manage contracts and finances, and drive operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills, with proven success in process improvement and cross-functional collaboration within a corporate environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead process optimization and workflow improvements to enhance operational efficiency.Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and documentation.Apply change management strategies to support team transitions and new initiatives.Create executive-level presentations and visual reports using PowerPoint.Build dashboards and operational analytics using Airtable, Smartsheet, or similar tools.Manage contracts, including drafting, negotiation, execution, and renewals.Oversee vendor relationships, payments, and financial planning activities such as budgeting and forecasting.Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure operational alignment.Required Skills8+ years of experience in operations management or a related field.Bachelor’s degree required.Strong leadership and communication abilities, especially in matrixed organizations.Advanced PowerPoint skills for executive-level presentations.Proficiency in Airtable and/or Smartsheet.Expertise in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and planning.Proven ability to implement process efficiencies and SOP documentation.Preferred SkillsPMP certification (preferred but not required).Experience in corporate operations or vendor management.Familiarity with security or resilience-related functions.Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and adaptability.Collaborative mindset with experience supporting change and transition initiatives.Ability to work on-site with flexibility for evolving business needs.About BrickRed Systems:BrickRed Systems is a global leader in next-generation technology, consulting, and business process service companies.
