Operations Manager

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Operations Manager to oversee and optimise our client's logistics processes. This is a standalone role with no direct reports, ideal for someone who thrives in a small team environment and enjoys taking ownership of operational workflows.Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end inbound and outbound logistics operations, including coordination with carriers, warehouses, and customers.Oversee customs clearance processes, ensuring compliance with Dutch and international regulations.Monitor and improve operational workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs agents to ensure timely and accurate shipments.Maintain accurate documentation and records for all shipments and customs procedures.Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices.Serve as the key point of contact for Mandarin-speaking clients and partners.Requirements:Proven experience in logistics operations, including inbound/outbound management and customs clearance.Strong understanding of international shipping and customs regulations.Fluent in Mandarin and English.Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Familiarity with logistics software and tools.
