Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager based in Adelaide, SA. The Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations across all venues, ensuring smooth workflows and consistent high-quality customer experiences. Responsibilities include managing staff, optimizing operational efficiency, implementing strategies to achieve growth targets, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and fostering a positive work environment. Collaboration with the leadership team to execute long-term organizational goals will also be a key focus. Qualifications Team management, staff training, and leadership skillsOperational efficiency, organizational, and resource management skillsCustomer service, problem-solving, and communication skillsKnowledge of compliance regulations, health and safety standards, or experience in hospitality operationsUnderstanding of all COG’s Wine knowledge a bonus Great people person Strategic planning, goal-setting, and project management skillsAbility to adapt to dynamic environments and work collaboratively across multiple teamsExperience in a hospitality operations role is highly desirable of atleast 5 years multisite Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or relevant field is a plus
