As they continue to expand across the UK, they are hiring an Operations Manager to support growth and ensure exceptional delivery across their network.This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution. You’ll lead program launches, optimise operational performance, and manage relationships with both customers and delivery partners. You’ll be a key driver of service excellence and operational consistency as the company scales.What You’ll Do:Manage the operational delivery of a portfolio of programs, acting as the main day-to-day contact for clients and partners.Maintain strong service levels with a focus on safety, compliance, reliability, and customer satisfaction, working toward key performance metrics.Become an expert in service performance, working with internal teams to identify efficiencies and revenue optimisation opportunities.Build strong relationships with external delivery partners to support growth and ensure high-quality service execution.Oversee the successful implementation of new program launches.Own operational performance across multiple sites within your region.Coordinate the change-request process with internal operations and support teams.Work with commercial stakeholders to ensure program financials are accurate and aligned at month-end.Travel to client sites and partner locations as required.Who You Are:Experienced in managing relationships with external stakeholders or partners.Highly organised, structured, and methodical in your approach to work.Self-motivated, deadline-driven, and comfortable owning KPIs.Strong communicator who can collaborate well in teams but also operate independently in the field.Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, complex environment.Detail-oriented, with experience overseeing data, compliance, or service performance.Resilient, proactive, and motivated to try new ideas.Bonus Points If You Have:Experience in a start-up, transportation, mobility, logistics, compliance, or operations.Experience supporting high-growth environments or working with service-delivery partners.Exposure to client performance management or compliance-driven operational processes.Why This Opportunity Stands Out:Mission-driven environment focused on improving accessibility and sustainability.Cross-functional exposure across operations, customer success, and partner management.Work with a modern technology platform powering large-scale mobility programs.Join a growing team across multiple regions with opportunities to progress.
