The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain quality standards. Responsibilities also include developing and implementing operational policies, managing budgets, and optimizing processes to improve efficiency. The Operations Manager will work closely with the management team to drive organizational goals and support the Fresh Start Initiative.
