We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to strengthen the operational foundations of the business — ensuring accuracy, efficiency and clarity across retail, eCommerce and wholesale. This role plays a key part in enabling sustainable growth and supporting strong performance across the business.What we offer:Real ownership – take the reins of the operational engine behind a growing fashion brand.Visibility – work closely with the CEO, Founder / Creative Director and senior team on the decisions that shape the business.Variety – from inventory and wholesale to store launches and activations, no two weeks look the same.Culture and perks – be part of a close-knit, creative team with generous staff discounts and team events.Growth – opportunity to build smarter systems and leave your mark as the business scales.Key responsibilities:Keep inventory and product data accurate and aligned across retail, warehouse and online channelsManage purchase orders, stock movements and reconciliations to keep our systems clean and alignedCoordinate wholesale orders end-to-end, including invoicing and payment follow-upProvide leadership and oversight to warehouse and operations support roles, ensuring clear priorities and accountabilityOversee customer service operations, supporting escalations and ensuring issues are addressed at sourceProvide practical operational and analytical support to ensure our stores are set up for successSupport operational delivery for new store builds, activations and archive salesKeep our stores and office running smoothly, coordinating maintenance and facilities as neededSpot opportunities to simplify processes and make the business run more smoothlyAbout you:5-10 years’ experience in operations, retail operations or supply chain within a fast-growing consumer or fashion businessStrong working knowledge of inventory / ERP systems (e.g. Cin7 / DEAR), Shopify and retail merchandising toolsProven experience operating in a $5–20m business environment with a lean team and end-to-end operational ownershipCommercially minded with strong numerical confidence and attention to detailComfortable working closely with senior leadership in a growing businessCalm under pressure and quick to find practical solutionsHighly organised and just as comfortable rolling up your sleeves as you are thinking big-pictureIf you’re looking to join a brand that values authenticity, quality and thoughtful growth — and you enjoy building the structure behind the scenes that allows beautiful products and experiences to shine — we’d love to hear from you.Please send a short cover letter and your CV to employment@friendswithfrank.com.
