Operations Manager- DubaiThe Operations Manager ensures smooth and efficient daily operations across one or more processing centers in the UAE. This role oversees facility operations, inventory, and process optimization while supporting cross-functional teams to meet performance goals. Every time we launch a new facility we create jobs in that neighborhood, and we’re proud to provide a wide range of cuisines and options for healthy food at an affordable price.We're changing the game for restaurateurs, whether they’re entrepreneurs opening their first restaurant, all the way through to your favorite global quick-service restaurant chains.What You’ll DoResponsible for the smooth operation of the processing center across all shiftsLeads training and meeting sessions for the processing staffGeneral handy-person duties around the hub, a plusWorks with Property Manager to ensure work around the facility is completed on an appropriate timelineAddress facility, tech, and space issues with licensees. This includes calling OFOS on behalf of the licensees to address issuesWorks with Customer Success team members to ensure licensees are ready for big orders/ launches/ spikes in businessManages ZenDesk tickets from open to closeTroubleshot processing center, kitchen, and facility hardware issuesInventory & Ordering; AuditsReview daily inventories and make orders to replenish inventories when neededPerforms storage and common area auditsReviews and reports KPI metrics to facility management and processing team; contributes to goal setting and planningCoaching new and existing shift leadsFilling in shifts during call-outs, general staffing helpReviews financials and supports P&L understanding, comfortable working with numbers to see their impact on operations.What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred).3+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in logistics, fulfillment, or food processing environments.Strong organizational skills, with experience managing teams across multiple shifts.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot facility, inventory, and process issues.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.Preferred QualificationsExperience in a multi-site operations environment.Familiarity with kitchen or food processing operations.Experience with ZenDesk or other ticketing systems.Knowledge of UAE labor laws and workplace safety standardWhy join us Demand for online food delivery is growing really fast!
