We’re looking for an Operations Manager (m/f/d) to join our team in Madrid!How you’ll be hosting with heart:You will be responsible for managing part of our properties in the Iberian market, ensuring the daily operations run smoothly. This will involve coordinating with our local service providers and visiting the properties whenever necessary to ensure long-term guest satisfactionYou guarantee our existing processes and guidelines are up to date and contribute to the development/implementation of new onesYou ensure all properties meet Limehome’s quality and performance standards and monitor KPI’s, quality metrics and guest feedback to drive on-going improvementYou take part in the pre-opening and go-live phases of new properties, ensuring technical readiness and operational handoverYou build strong relationships with our cleaning, laundry, and F&B partners, as well as our technical providers, contractors, landlords and all relevant stakeholders across your region.
