The successful candidate will play a critical role in optimizing operational workflows, ensuring service excellence, and supporting scalable national growth.What You Will Be DoingLead with Purpose: Inspire and guide field teams with strong leadership, collaboration, and a commitment to safety and excellence.Drive Operational Success: Oversee day-to-day field operations, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, on time, and to the highest standard.Build High-Performing Teams: Mentor supervisors, technicians, and apprentices — fostering growth, accountability, and continuous improvement, growth and development.Optimize Systems & Processes: Streamline scheduling, inventory, and workflows using data-driven insights to boost productivity and service quality.Champion Customer Experience: Act as a key contact for client and subcontractor relations, ensuring top-tier service and quick resolution of issues.Things You Will BringEducation: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field (required).Experience: Minimum of 5 years of management experience in field service operations or a related technical industry (required).Proven experience in leading service teams, managing field processes, and implementing efficiency initiatives.Strong process-driven and analytical mindset; able to assess data and translate insights into actionable improvements.Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.Familiarity with KPI management, fleet oversight, and customer service standards.If your leadership has made a real impact on those who you led, and your ideas have helped shape the future of field operations, then this position is for you.
