With a commitment to excellence, Varitrim Textiles is dedicated to meeting customer demands with precision and reliability.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Weaving Machine Operator located in the Greater Montreal Metropolitan Area. The Weaving Machine Operator will be responsible for setting up,operating and maintaining weaving machines, monitoring production processes, and ensuring that quality standards are consistently met. Daily tasks include setting up machines, ensuring proper machine operation, troubleshooting issues, performing routine maintenance, and using hand tools as needed. The operator will also communicate effectively with team members to maintain workflow and efficiency.QualificationsProficiency in Machine Operation and experience working with a variety of machineryKnowledge of Quality Control procedures and attention to detailFamiliarity with Hand Tools and their applications in an industrial settingEffective Communication skills for team coordination and reportingTechnical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot and resolve machine issuesPrior experience in textiles or manufacturing is a plusSecondary school diploma or equivalent is preferredCommitment to safety and adherence to workplace guidelines
