OPERATIONS MANAGER (VIENNA)The scope of the role is to support people make every day healthier, sustainable & mindful choices, to “proudly present OTOTO beautiful, independent brands” by ensuring the everyday operations support the promised brand offering & experience and by striving to turn everyone who enters the store into a happy, returning customer and ambassador for OTOTO. That translates into detailed responsibilities (what)Develop and implement operating procedures to improve efficiency and consistency.Lead continuous improvement initiatives, including operational workflows and store efficiencies.Oversees system processes to step in for efficiencies or troubleshooting.Oversee maintenance schedules, vendor contracts, and service providers to ensure an optimal store environment.Manage POS systems, inventory systems, and operational tools, ensuring accuracy and maximizing usage.Resolve operational or customer concerns promptly and professionally.Evaluate & manage recurring issues in stores.Ensure all operations adhere to local regulations, labor laws, and safety standards.Oversee end-to-end stock management including receiving, replenishment, transfers, stock rotation analysis, and inventories.Ensure effective stock flow and category performance.Act as main contact for authorities properties administrators.Lead the process for obtaining any authorisation documentation.Collect, verify, and submit all required payroll inputs to the payroll provider.
