We’re seeking an experienced Operations Manager to build and manage the operational infrastructure that allows a creative team to thrive. This role requires balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution across operations, account/project management, systems, HR, and business finances. You’ll help scope SOWs, issue invoices, optimize workflows, and ensure projects run smoothly.Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & Systems: Develop and maintain operational processes, SOPs, and systems; streamline workflows and team communications; manage timelines and cross-functional coordination.Financial Operations: Oversee accounts payable/receivable, client invoicing, vendor payments, budgets, and financial planning; support drafting and reviewing SOWs.Human Resources & People Operations: Lead hiring, onboarding, performance management, and employee development; manage payroll, benefits, policies, and company culture.Strategy & Performance: Contribute to business strategy, optimize KPIs and reporting, evaluate performance, and balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.QualificationsExperience in operations management, preferably in an agency or creative environmentExperience drafting and negotiating contracts and SOWsStrong understanding of workflows, business models, and operational challenges in creative teamsFamiliarity with operational tools (e.g., Asana, time tracking software)Financial acumen, including budget management and billing processesExcellent organizational, project management, and communication skillsAbility to develop and implement systems, processes, and SOPsComfortable working in a small, fast-paced team environmentStrategic thinker who can also execute tactical, hands-on workNice To HaveExperience with HR/People Operations (hiring, onboarding, benefits, performance management)Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5:30 PM PSTCompensation: paid in USDLocation: 100% remoteIf this opportunity sounds good to you, send us your resume!
