Over the years, we’ve partnered with top companies across sectors like insurance (ACA), finance (lending), legal (personal injury), and home services (HVAC) — helping them scale campaigns, acquire customers, and achieve measurable growth.We are expanding our nearshore operations and seeking a skilled Advertiser Account Manager to manage client relationships and ensure seamless post-deal campaign execution.Position OverviewThe Advertiser Account Manager will serve as the main point of contact for advertisers, ensuring smooth onboarding, campaign execution, and long-term partnership growth. This role requires excellent communication, strong organizational ability, and a deep understanding of performance marketing operations.Key Responsibilities1. Advertiser Communication, Outreach & Relationship ManagementServe as the company’s primary representative to all advertisers, buyers, and clients, acting as the main communication bridge between them and the company.Maintain top-notch communication through email, phone, text, and social platforms to ensure seamless collaboration and a strong professional relationship.Respond promptly to advertiser inquiries, providing consistent updates, support, and guidance throughout the partnership lifecycle.Proactively conduct advertiser outreach to acquire new buyers, build pipelines, and generate partnership opportunities across relevant platforms and channels.Attend regular client meetings with the sales team to assist in deal closures and handovers.2. Advertiser Onboarding & Account SetupHandle the complete onboarding process for new advertisers — from agreement to activation.Manage all legal paperwork, agreements, approvals, and compliance requirements.Coordinate technical setups, including tracking links, pixels, and platform integrations.Ensure all pre-launch configurations are completed smoothly and accurately.3. Campaign Launch, Execution & OptimizationOversee campaign execution following deal closure, ensuring all documentation, approvals, and setups are completed correctly.Launch and monitor campaigns to ensure alignment with advertiser goals and company standards.Track campaign metrics (pacing, delivery, and quality) and collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Tech, QA, Media Buying, Finance) to optimize performance.Resolve issues quickly and maintain advertiser satisfaction through proactive support and communication.4. Reporting, Documentation & Record ManagementMaintain accurate, organized records of advertiser communications, project milestones, and campaign performance updates.Track progress using internal tools, CRMs, and reporting systems.Ensure all documentation — including compliance files and approvals — is properly updated, archived, and accessible for audits or team reference.5. Cross-Team CollaborationCollaborate with Sales, Legal, Operations, Technical, and Finance teams to ensure every campaign runs efficiently and meets company standards.Communicate advertiser needs, deliverables, and timelines clearly to all departments.Ensure alignment between internal execution and client expectations.6. Growth, Retention & Strategic DevelopmentIdentify growth opportunities for existing advertisers through performance insights and campaign analysis.Recommend scaling or optimization strategies to enhance ROI and expand client engagement.Support long-term retention through consistent communication, relationship building, and proactive issue resolution.Required Knowledge and SkillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills — fluent English (additional languages are a plus).2+ years of professional experience in account management, affiliate marketing, or performance advertising (preferably with international clients).Strong understanding of campaign tracking, lead generation, buyer/publisher dynamics, and traffic management.High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.Proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools is essential.Tech-savvy mindset with quick adaptability to new tools and processes.Preferred ExperienceExperience in insurance, finance, legal, or home services marketing verticals.Prior work in Pay-Per-Call, affiliate networks, or call-tracking platforms.Experience managing advertisers across nearshore regions such as Spain, Mexico, and Costa Rica.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive annual compensation (USD 18,000 – 36,000 based on experience and performance).Annual performance bonuses and salary increments tied to measurable outcomes.Professional development support for certifications and industry training.Flexible work environment with opportunities for career advancement within Ray Advertising.
