They are a one-stop solution provider for creative design and production, tailored to meet the clients' needs.Role DescriptionWe’re looking for a talented and imaginative Operations Manager to join our team. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and executing the end-to-end operational planning of events - from inception to delivery. This includes ensuring seamless coordination between internal departments, external vendors, venues and clients. The role demands strategic thinking, strong leadership and exceptional attention to detail to ensure every event is delivered to the highest standard, on time and within budgetKey ResponsibilitiesOversee operational planning, logistics and on-ground execution for all eventsDevelop detailed event schedules, production timelines and checklistsEnsure all legal, safety and compliance requirements are met for each eventCoordinate with production, creative, design and client servicing teams for smooth event deliveryConduct pre-event site visits, technical recce and vendor meetingsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Event Management, Commerce, Business Administration or a related field5 to 7 years of experience in event operations, preferably within a large-scale or premium event management companyProven track record of managing complex, multi-location or large-format eventsFamiliarity with event safety protocols and government permissions is an advantageNote:Please share your CV on hr@oxygenent.com
