Job Description
Location: Dong NaiWorking time: Monday - SaturdayTasks:- Factory Operations OversightLead and manage all core functions of the factory — including production, quality assurance, equipment maintenance, warehousing, and logistics — ensuring smooth interdepartmental collaboration.Design and implement manufacturing strategies aimed at enhancing efficiency, optimizing processes, and achieving technical excellence.Ensure full compliance with domestic labor laws, environmental and safety standards, and international manufacturing regulations.- Production Efficiency & Technical ExcellenceDrive ongoing improvements in production systems through Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen practices.Supervise the setup, commissioning, and fine-tuning of machinery to maintain consistent and efficient operations.Evaluate production metrics to identify inefficiencies and apply technical solutions that boost output and product quality.- Team Leadership & DevelopmentEstablish and nurture a high-performing leadership team across production, quality, and maintenance departments.Cultivate a workplace culture centered on proactive problem-solving and operational excellence.Support training initiatives to enhance the technical capabilities of engineers, supervisors, and operators.Champion a safe and well-organized work environment in line with global HSE standards.-Performance Monitoring & KPI ManagementTrack and improve key performance indicators such as operational efficiency, defect rates, equipment uptime, and delivery timelines.Apply root cause analysis and corrective measures to address recurring technical and quality challenges.Ensure consistent achievement of quality, cost, and delivery goals across all operations.-Supply Chain Coordination & Customer EngagementWork closely with procurement and logistics teams to guarantee timely availability of materials and spare parts.Collaborate with international manufacturing and engineering teams to standardize production processes and technical protocols.Maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers to ensure readiness and adherence to quality expectations.Requirements:Minimum 7-10 years of experience in manufacturing leadership, with strong expertise in process optimization, equipment management, and plant operations.Proven success in launching new factories, scaling production, and expanding capacity.Deep understanding of industrial engineering, production systems, and quality frameworks such as ISO, Lean, and Six Sigma.Skilled in leading cross-functional technical teams and delivering measurable operational improvements.English + Chinese: Fluent (required)Benefits: NegotiableContact: 0946 936 035 (Zalo/ Phone)Email: Anh.truongthiphuong@persolapac.com
