Key Responsibilities:Oversee property management system setup, administration, and integration with other business tools and software.For management software issues serve as the internal expert and point of contact.Collaborate across departments including accounting, property management, and IT.Leverage your knowledge of SQL and database management to address technical challenges Maintain effective communication with both internal teams and external partners Initiate and introduce progressive ideas to promote future growth utilizing new software, technology and workflow processes.Strong background in accounting, with the ability to support various internal teams.Proficiency in SQL and Yardi major plusses
