If you're looking for a new opportunity where you can truly make a difference, we hope you'll apply for a position with us.Job SummaryJob DescriptionAudit rates and financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with client and company standardsPerform and oversee quarterly renewals, including documentation management and stakeholder coordinationMaintain detailed and organized operational records for reporting and compliance purposesGather, analyze, and prepare data to support quarterly business review (QBR) scorecards for clientsBuild and manage PowerPoint presentations that showcase client performance metrics and operational outcomes for QBR meetingsUtilize Excel and other business tools to analyze data, monitor trends, and prepare operational reportsPartner with recruiters, account managers, and corporate teams to ensure seamless operational supportServe as a point of contact for operational escalations, resolving issues with efficiency and professionalismIdentify opportunities for process improvements and lead initiatives to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and scalabilitySupport compliance with company policies, client requirements, and regulatory standardsCollaborate across departments to anticipate operational needs and proactively implement solutionsRequirements3+ years of operations, compliance, or workforce management experience in staffing or related industriesStrong proficiency in Excel (data analysis/reporting) and PowerPoint (client-facing presentations)Demonstrated ability to gather and synthesize data into meaningful QBR scorecards and reportsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust across internal teams and external stakeholdersStrong attention to detail, organizational ability, and commitment to accuracy and integrityExperience auditing, managing renewals, or overseeing operational processes in a high-volume environmentProven track record of process improvement and cross-functional collaborationAbility to adapt to hybrid work schedules and thrive in fast-paced, team-oriented environments
