Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Supervisor based in Mangaluru. The Site Supervisor will oversee daily site operations, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and company standards. Responsibilities include coordinating and supervising workforce activities, monitoring equipment usage, and ensuring the efficient deployment of resources. The role entails collaborating with clients, maintaining progress records, troubleshooting operational challenges, and ensuring timely project deliverables. The Site Supervisor will play a critical role in maintaining operational excellence and client satisfaction. Qualifications Proficiency in Site Management, Project Coordination, and Resource AllocationStrong understanding of Safety Standards and Compliance RegulationsTechnical knowledge of Heavy Machinery including Crawler Cranes and Tyre-mounted CranesExcellent Leadership and Team Management skillsStrong Problem-solving, Organizational, and Time Management capabilitiesExperience in the infrastructure, energy, or crane operations sector is an advantageBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related fieldAvailability for on-site work in Mangaluru with flexibility for project requirements
