This newly created Operations Manager role marks our first local hire in the country — a critical step in building our coordination hub in the region.We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and operationally strong professional who can lead the development of our China operations and lay the foundation for a high-performing local coordination team.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational LeadershipBuild and lead the regional coordination function in China, ensuring operational excellence and compliance with Fulkrum procedures.Drive service quality, client satisfaction, and financial performance through efficient team development and process optimisation.Client & Commercial ManagementCollaborate with the Regional Manager and Sales team to grow Fulkrum’s presence in China, supporting client engagement and new business development.Represent Fulkrum in client meetings and support contract execution, pricing strategy, and proposal development.Oversee compliance, invoicing accuracy, and credit control engagement to support revenue and cash flow.Team DevelopmentRecruit, train, and mentor local coordination staff.Lead performance reviews, skill gap analyses, and staff engagement initiatives to build a motivated and capable team.Coordination OversightEnsure accurate and timely support for client QA/QC and technical service requests.Manage inspector assignments, rate negotiations, and coordination performance to meet SLA and KPI targets.Why Join Us?This is a unique opportunity to lead Fulkrum’s first local operational base in China and be instrumental in shaping our long-term growth in the region.
