Site Operations Manager – £70,000 + Variable TroncCentral London | High-Volume, Multi-Concept Venue | Full Operational LeadershipA flagship, design-led London venue is seeking a Site Operations Manager to take full ownership of its day-to-day operations, commercial performance, and team leadership. This is a senior, high-impact position overseeing one of the capital’s most dynamic multi-kitchen hospitality spaces. If you excel in large, fast-paced environments and know how to bring structure, standards, and strong leadership to a high-revenue site, this role offers exceptional scope and autonomy.The RoleAs Site Operations Manager, you will lead a large FOH, BOH, Bar, and Events team across a multi-concept hospitality venue in Central London. The remit is broad, demanding, and commercially focused — you will be responsible for operational excellence, people leadership, guest experience, and P&L performance.You will work directly with senior leadership, shaping strategy, culture, and execution across the entire site.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Excellence & ComplianceLead all Health & Safety and Food Safety systems across the venueConduct weekly and quarterly internal audits, ensuring full complianceMaintain all safety records, emergency procedures, and departmental accountabilityPeople Leadership & DevelopmentRecruit, onboard, and develop department heads and senior staffBuild a culture of coaching, performance, and progressionRun weekly management meetings, training, and performance reviewsGuest Experience & StandardsBe a visible leader on the floor, setting the tone for hospitalityEnsure consistent excellence across service, presentation, and atmosphereUse guest feedback and operational insight to refine service deliveryFinancial PerformanceFull P&L accountability across all departmentsManage labour forecasting, procurement, and operational costsDeliver accurate weekly reporting and performance analysisLead on budgeting and support long-term planningCulture & BrandChampion the venue’s ethos, energy, and creative identityDrive innovation, storytelling, and product knowledge across the teamLead initiatives that strengthen morale, engagement, and prideWhat We’re Looking ForSenior operations experience in a high-volume, multi-unit, or multi-concept venueProven leadership of large FOH/BOH teams (100+ employees)Strong commercial mindset with demonstrable P&L ownershipHands-on leadership style with excellent communication skillsAbility to maintain structure, stability, and standards in a fast-moving environmentPassion for hospitality, people, culture, and innovationPackage£70,000 salary package + Variable TroncLeadership of one of London’s most exciting multi-concept venuesClear progression opportunities within a fast-growing, creative hospitality groupHow to ApplyIf you are a high-performing operations leader ready to take on a flagship site with scale, complexity, and creativity, we’d love to speak with you.
