Site Operations Manager – £70,000 + Variable TroncCentral London | High-Volume, Multi-Concept Venue | Full Operational LeadershipA flagship, design-led London venue is seeking a Site Operations Manager to take full ownership of its day-to-day operations, commercial performance, and team leadership. This is a senior, high-impact position overseeing one of the capital’s most dynamic multi-kitchen hospitality spaces. If you excel in large, fast-paced environments and know how to bring structure, standards, and strong leadership to a high-revenue site, this role offers exceptional scope and autonomy.The RoleAs Site Operations Manager, you will lead a large FOH, BOH, Bar, and Events team across a multi-concept hospitality venue in Central London.
