A Premium Handcrafted Leather Shoe brand is hiring for the profile of Operations Manager.Location: GurgaonExperience: 5-7 yearsJob Description:Communicate with clients to understand order requirements, preferences, and specifications.Verify the authenticity and accuracy of each order to prevent errors or fraud.Act as the liaison between clients and the production team during the order lifecycle.Monitor all incoming orders, including online platform orders, custom/bespoke requestsStrategically allocate orders to appropriate factories or artisans based on production capacity, complexity, and timelines.Supervise production schedules, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.Ensure accurate inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers and vendors.Check in with factory managers and artisans to assess progress and resolve potential bottlenecks.Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to production delays, quality control, packaging, or deliveryRequirements5+ years of experience in operations, preferably in luxury fashion, footwear, or handcrafted goods.Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage client relationships and internal teams.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Detail-oriented with a strong problem-solving mindset.
