Retail Operations Manager, UAE – Global RetailerLocation: UAE (Covering Multiple Emirates)SELECTED is delighted to be partnering with a leading global retail brand to appoint a Retail Operations Manager to oversee their growing portfolio of stores across the UAE.Role OverviewThe Retail Operations Manager will be responsible for driving operational excellence, sales performance, and customer experience across multiple stores in key emirates. This position requires a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and can balance strategic oversight with day-to-day execution.Key Responsibilities• Oversee the daily operations and performance of multiple retail locations across the UAE• Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and their teams to achieve sales and operational KPIs• Ensure brand standards, visual merchandising, and customer experience are consistently maintained across all stores• Analyse store performance and implement action plans to drive sales, profitability, and efficiency• Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and loss prevention procedures• Collaborate with the Head Office team across HR, Finance, Marketing, and Supply Chain to ensure smooth operations• Lead store openings, refurbishments, and operational projects as required• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and UAE labour regulationsCandidate Profile• Minimum 7–10 years’ experience in multi-site retail operations management, ideally with an international brand• Strong leadership and people development skills with the ability to inspire high-performing teams• Commercially astute with a strong grasp of retail KPIs and business drivers• Excellent communication and organisational skills• Flexibility to travel regularly between emirates and adapt to a dynamic retail landscape• UAE experience is essentialRemunerationAttractive salary and benefits package offered, commensurate with experience.For more details or to discuss similar opportunities, please contact SELECTED Recruitment.
