To provide outstanding customer service, support the daily operations of the store, and drive sales while reflecting the energy and style of the Cotton On - AdultGreet and engage with customers to understand their needs and deliver a positive shopping experienceRecommend products, up sell, and inform customers of current promotionsMaintain store cleanliness, stock levels, and visual merchandising standardsOperate the POS system and handle transactions accurately and efficientlySupport with receiving deliveries, unpacking stock, and organising the sales floorAssist with stocktaking and inventory controlFollow loss prevention and safety procedures.Work collaboratively with the team to meet store goals and KPIsQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; diploma.1+ year experience in retail or customer service (preferred)Ability to work in a fast-paced environmentFlexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidaysBasic math and computer skills
