Join our mission driven team at Stairway, where we help Moroccan students access global university opportunities through personalized guidance, academic preparation, and application support.As an Operations Manager, you will work on a mix of admissions support worldwide, class organization, and activities and clubs coordination, with occasional support to sales and outreach. You will not handle all of these areas at the same time; your focus will vary depending on the period.Main Responsibilities1. Admissions Support (Worldwide)Support the counseling team and students with applications to universities worldwide.Help organize documents and forms for applications and financial aid, and keep everything structured in shared folders and tracking sheets.Maintain and update student trackers with deadlines, requirements, and next steps.Follow up with students and team members to make sure tasks are completed on time.Support students and counselors with essay work, helping to organize prompts, deadlines, drafts, and feedback for motivation letters, personal statements, and supplemental essays2. Organization of ClassesCoordinate the schedule of group and individual classes, including standardized test preparation, language courses, and workshops.Organize online classes and in person sessions, making sure students receive clear information and reminders.Support overall class organization such as groups, calendars, changes, and rescheduling when needed.Manage communication with tutors regarding schedules, updates, and changes so that classes run smoothly.3. Activities and ClubsHelp organize student activities and clubs such as coding, robotics, debate, design, or other enrichment programs.Manage sign ups, lists of participants, and attendance for each club.Coordinate with club leaders and tutors to plan sessions and special events.Support the planning of workshops, internal competitions, and information sessions for students and parents.Collect feedback from students about activities and suggest improvements.4. Occasional Sales and Front Line SupportHelp respond to new inquiries from parents and students on WhatsApp, email, or phone.Schedule consultations and meetings for the founders and the counseling team.Assist with follow ups after discovery calls or webinars, using simple scripts and templates.Support basic data entry in our CRM or tracking sheets for leads and clients.Occasionally go to schools or events to do presentations about Stairway and answer questions from students and parents.5. Operations, Research and PartnershipsKeep internal documents, trackers, and folders organized and up to date.Work with management to continuously improve processes and checklists.Prepare simple weekly operations summaries showing class activity, open tasks, and key issues.Help research new universities and programs that match our students and mission.Support the exploration of potential partnerships with universities and organizations.Occasionally represent Stairway at student forums, fairs, or online events related to admissions and scholarships.6. Future GrowthOver time, you will progressively take more ownership of operations at Stairway.
