We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven Operations Manager to lead our high-performing Hub team and drive operational excellence across our customer portfolio — including B&Q, DFS, Peloton, EZ Living Interiors, and more.This position is mainly based in Dublin but also covering Athlone / Cork as required-(20% travel) Pay, benefits and more:We’re looking to offer a salary of up to 55,000 (euro) per annum. You will also have access to a company car or car allowance as well as a discretionary target led bonus. In addition, we offer 25 days plus bank holidays. You’ll have access to a variety of high street discounts, as well as a cycle to work scheme, a workplace pension and many other perks. What you’ll do on a typical day:End-to-end management of customer stock — from receipt to final-mile deliveryOwnership of site cost centre performance, budget adherence, and cost reduction initiativesDevelopment and delivery of site KPIs aligned with customer SLAsLeadership of a collaborative, motivated, and high-performing teamActing as the key escalation point for customer issues and resolutionDriving continuous improvement and leading process optimisationManaging system and stock discrepancies, damage/missing reports, and revenue-maximising updatesOverseeing supplier and subcontractor relationships and performance reviews Health, Safety & ComplianceFull accountability for Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental standardsPromoting a safety-first culture and ensuring compliance across all proceduresManaging hub equipment, vehicle compliance, and workplace organisation People LeadershipFostering collaboration and knowledge sharing across teamsAligning labour plans with business needs and managing absence/overtime targetsMonitoring performance through PDRs and 1:1sDeveloping future leaders and driving succession planningChampioning change and innovation across the site What you need to succeed at XPO:Proven experience in operations or logistics managementStrong leadership and stakeholder engagement skillsCommercial acumen with a focus on cost control and efficiencyPassion for continuous improvement and team developmentExcellent problem-solving and communication abilities  Be part of something big. We strive to create an inclusive environment for all our colleagues, where everyone feels welcomed, empowered and where you can bring your true self to work.
