We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Manager to join our expanding team and support our mission from our Lithuanian office.

RequirementsRequired skills and qualifications Two or more years of proven success in an operations management role Strong analytical skills Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of branch operations and customer service Proficiency in conflict management processes Knowledge of Financial Sector especially in Fintech or International BusinessPreferred Skills And Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in operations management, business administration, or related field Strong MS Office skills, including PowerPoint and Excel Multiple years in financial sector Ability to communicate in more than two language, Basic is Lithuanian & EnglishResponsibilities Manage data collection for the updating of metrics to eliminate errors and deliver excellent customer service and other KPI / SLA Partner with cross-functional teams to improve proprietary processes Work within the Operations and Outsourcing Framework.

Maintenance and active management operational topics and Outsourcing Work closely with legal and compliance departments to ensure that activities remain compliant Maintain constant communication with managers, staff to ensure proper operations of within the entire ZEN.
