About MotivatePTMotivatePT is a women’s wellness platform helping women build long-term health and fitness habits through 1:1 personal training, online and in person. If you’re smart, proactive, and want to make a real impact in a fast-growing wellness business, this is the role for you.The RoleThis is a hybrid role spanning both operations (around 40%) and marketing (around 60%). You’ll be the link between our trainers, clients, and brand — ensuring the business runs smoothly while helping to drive growth through creative, data-driven marketing initiatives.You’ll work closely with the Founder and Operations Executive to keep the wheels turning daily, while also owning marketing projects that bring the MotivatePT brand to life.Key ResponsibilitiesOperations (40%)Support daily operations across the business — ensuring trainers, clients, and internal systems are running efficiently.Manage customer communications and inbox queries when the Operations Executive is away.Assist with onboarding new trainers and clients, ensuring a seamless experience.Liaise with trainers to coordinate schedules, session changes, and updates.Update and maintain CRM systems, client data, and tracking tools.Identify process improvements and ways to enhance our client and trainer experience.Marketing (60%)Support content creation across channels — from blogs, newsletters, and emails to web and social content.Own one core marketing strength (copywriting, SEO, social media, or email marketing) and drive measurable results in that area.Help manage the marketing calendar and coordinate campaign execution.Write and publish engaging blog content and support with SEO optimisation.Assist with email campaigns, including planning, writing, and performance tracking.Support on social media management and content scheduling, if relevant to your skills.Conduct light data analysis (campaign results, traffic insights, or engagement metrics) to inform future marketing activity.Requirements3–5 years’ experience in marketing, operations, or a hybrid role within a fast-paced, service-led or wellness business.Comfortable wearing multiple hats and switching between creative and operational tasks.Exceptionally organised, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy.Confident across Gmail, Google Workspace, Trello (or similar project tools), and CRMs.A natural communicator who can work directly with clients, trainers, and leadership.Passionate about wellness, fitness, and technology.Proactive, quick to learn, and ready to roll up your sleeves.You bring one standout marketing skill to the table — whether that’s strong writing, social strategy, or SEO — and can demonstrate it through previous work or personal projects.BenefitsBe part of a small, passionate team shaping the future of women’s wellness.Real autonomy and the ability to influence how the business runs and grows.A chance to work directly with the Founder on exciting growth projects.Flexible, remote work with a wellness-first culture.Opportunity to grow into a senior operations or marketing role as the company scales.
