You’ll make sure things run smoothly—from crew coordination and safety to cost control and contract execution. You're the glue between the ship and shore, and you thrive on seeing your projects in action (yes, that means joining the crew onboard sometimes too!). You’ll be in constant contact with clients, crew, technical teams, port agents, and more—basically, keeping everyone on the same page and the operation running like clockwork. It’s a dynamic mix of project management, communication, and hands-on problem solving.This is more than just operations—it’s your chance to own your projects, drive improvements, and help shape how we do business across departments.Your Key Missions :Take full ownership of day-to-day operations for your vessels. You’ll be the one ensuring everything lines up with the client’s contract—from timelines to technical details.Be budget-savvy—manage project costs in real-time and keep an eye on financial performance alongside the commercial team.Act as the first point of contact for clients. You’ll keep relationships strong and adapt quickly when client needs shift.Stay close to your crew—support them with whatever they need to make the project a success.Ensure crews keep up with reporting, maintenance, and onboard housekeeping. Your leadership helps them stay sharp.Keep our systems updated with accurate project data (ERP tools—we’ll get you up tospeed).Keep an eye on any overdue payments—diplomatically, of course.Collaborate across departments daily—commercial, technical, crewing, QHSSE, and moreMore Informations :Location: Dubai or Abu DhabiSalary: Based on experienceProfile :A degree in Maritime Operations, Shipping & Transport, or equivalent experience (been at sea? Even better!).Familiarity with maritime procedures (think contracts, QHSSE, etc.).You’re fluent in English and comfortable working across cultures.You’re flexible—ships don’t run 9 to 5, and visiting vessels is part of the adventure.Experience working in the Middle East and knowledgeable about local maritime operations (eg. ADNOC, ARAMCO, QE, etc.).Your Skills :A natural leader who can bring people together and get things done.Strong communicator—whether it’s a report, a crew chat, or a client meeting.Problem-solver with a hands-on mindset. You don’t just point out issues - you fix them.You think commercially and care about the bigger picture (like long-term client success).Collaborative spirit—comfortable in multicultural, fast-paced environments.
