Techno functional consultant (F&O / D365)

Job Summary:We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Microsoft Dynamics 365 consultant to support the implementation and ongoing optimization of D365 Finance and Operations modules. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business users and technical teams, ensuring that business requirements are accurately captured, translated, and delivered through the D365 platform.Key Responsibilities:Implementation Support:Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements across Purchase, Inventory, Sales, GL, AR, and AP.Translate business needs into functional specifications and work closely with technical teams for solution design.Participate in system configuration, testing, and validation activities.Support data migration, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).Assist in developing training materials and conducting user training sessions.Post-Go-Live Support:Provide first-line support to end-users and troubleshoot functional issues.Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements.Maintain documentation of business processes and system configurations.Liaise with Microsoft support and implementation partners as needed.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.3–5 years of experience as a Techno Functional with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O or Business Central).Strong understanding of business processes in Procurement, Inventory, Sales, Finance (GL, AR, AP).Familiarity with D365 configuration, workflows, and reporting tools.Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.Experience with Power BI, Power Platform, or SQL is a plus.
