Operations Project Manager

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruit, onboard, and manage network field engineers (full-time and freelance).Coordinate with staffing vendors and manage vendor performance.Assign engineers to jobs and monitor field activities.Manage relationships with third-party vendors supplying freelance engineers.Evaluate vendor performance, negotiate terms, and ensure contractual compliance.Visit customer and project sites to oversee work quality and resolve issues.Plan field resources for installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting tasks.Maintain reports on operations, workforce utilization, and vendor activity. Qualifications4+ years of experience in operations or field service management.Experience hiring or managing technical/IT field staff.Basic understanding of network and cabling work.Strong communication, vendor-management, and organizational skills.Willingness to travel frequently.PreferredKnowledge of networking fundamentals (cabling, rack/stack, switching, etc.).English-speaking proficiency preferred due to client interactions and reporting needsPlease let me know if you have any queries.
