Further information about Lear is available at lear.com or on Twitter @LearCorporation.Position OverviewThe Customer Quality Coordinator serves as the primary representative of the customer on-site, ensuring full compliance with customer requirements, IATF standards, and group quality policies. This role involves coordinating the activities of Customer Quality Engineers and driving continuous improvement initiatives to meet and exceed customer expectationsMain Missions Coordinate and support Customer Quality Engineers to ensure alignment with customer requirements.Act as the main liaison between the company and the customer, maintaining clear and proactive communication.Manage records related to final inspections and collaborate with relevant teams for accuracy.Monitor and report on KPIs, internal/external non-conformities, and customer complaints.Lead the development and implementation of corrective and preventive action plans for internal and external issues.Contribute to the creation and updates of FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis).Develop and maintain Control Plans to ensure process stability.Monitor and resolve internal and customer rejections promptly.Oversee inspection of prototypes and pre-production series.Provide training and guidance to quality controllers following complaints or new specifications.Halt production when necessary to address critical quality issues.Implement customer protection measures in case of identified non-conformities.Prepare and share PPAP documentation with customers.Respond promptly and effectively to customer quality complaints and manage returns.Deliver internal quality training for seamstresses and controllers.QUALITY AND ENVIRONMENTAL SYSTEM RESPONSIBILITIES:Collaborate actively with all departments to achieve and maintain the following certifications:ISO 9001/IATF 16949ISO 14001To Be Successful For This RoleEngineering degree or equivalentMinimum 8 years of experience in the automotive industry Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with P-FMEA, PPAP, and 8D methodologies.Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, 19011Proficiency in MS Office tools (especially Excel).Strong organizational and analytical skills.Ability to coordinate and influence cross-functional teams effectively.Language SkillsGood communication skills in both French and English is requiredWhy LearWe offer a fantastic place to work that embraces diversity, opportunities for growth and the chance to be part of a company that puts its people first.Work Location :Menzel Bourguiba, Bizerte, Trim PlantLear Corporation is an Equal Opportunity Employer, committed to a diverse workplace.Applicants must submit their resumes for consideration using our applicant tracking system.
