Job Description

Job Descriptions:• Trade monitoring, review and solve complex trade process and flow problems• Perform trade settlement and fund transfer payment with counterparties• Responsible for analyzing and interpreting corporate actions data and understand tax treaty of different jurisdictions• Identify and capture all trades/cash movement pertaining to corporate action• Follow established procedures and perform appropriate controls (including cash, security and collateral reconciliations), while exercising good judgment in managing risk and following escalation procedures• Perform cash and position reconciliations, investigate discrepancies and follow up with relevant parties• Carry out funding monitoring and forecasting• Liaise with internal departments and external parties including clients, brokers and depositories to solve any corporate action related issues• Support on-going process and control improvement/system enhancement projectsProducts Covered • TRS, Pnotes, Structured Notes, Cash Equity, Futures, FX, SBL, Options, Fixed Income, Repo, OTC DerivativesSkills and Knowledge • Strong analytical and intuitive skills• Positive thinking and able to manage pressure when facing difficulties and challenges• Work as a team player, and meet individual timeliness and accuracy goals• Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment and actively initiate projects to improve the process• Proven organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail• Demonstrate initiative, problem-solving skills and willingness to take on additional responsibilities• Possess risk and control mindset, demonstrate the ability to multi-task and make appropriate decisions under rigid deadlines• Ability to work independently and willing to take on ownership• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese• Good knowledge in Microsoft Office, particularly in excel & VBAQualifications: • Bachelor degree holder• 1-2 years of relevant work experienceDisclaimerCICC is committed to fostering an environment of equity and diversity.
