Operations SupervisorBased in Utrecht*Dutch speaking is essential* Socium is partnering with a re-commerce business who are expanding its operations in Europe, seeking an Operations Supervisor to join the team.In this role, you will support in overseeing and continuously improving daily operations across the European business. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will provide support in the ownership of the logistics processes, 3PL relationships, and quality management. Responsibilities:Develop, scale, and optimise operational workflows, including import/export activities for devices across EuropeManage and coordinate with 3PL partners to ensure on-time availability of devices for sales and distributionTrack, analyse, and report on KPIs to drive continuous improvement and operational excellenceOversee device grading and quality control standards to safeguard exceptional product qualityEssential Skills:Must be Dutch speaking - please don't apply if you're not fluent in Dutch!Minimum of 1 year of operational experience in supply chain, logistics, or device management, with at least 2 years of proven experience in the EU regionStrong expertise in supply chain operations and 3PL managementPlease apply directly to be considered.
