About UsVentós is an international company specialized in the distribution and production of Essential Oils and Aroma Chemicals for the Flavors & Fragrances industry.With headquarters in Barcelona,Spain and 9 subsidiaries worldwide (France, Brazil, USA, Mexico, Colombia, China, India, Indonesia, and Singapore), Ventós continues to grow globally, combining industrial excellence and customer-oriented service.We are currently seeking an Operations & Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize our supply chain and warehouse activities across Singapore and Indonesia, ensuring operational excellence and efficiency in alignment with group standards.Key ResponsibilitiesWarehouse & 3PL ManagementManage two external warehouses in Singapore and Indonesia:Regular inventory cross-checks and reporting.Ensure adherence to established procedures and service quality.Conduct recurring site visits to ensure compliance and operational performance.Coordinate product transfers between warehouses and analyze optimal stock levels per location.Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective measures.Internal Warehouse Management (Singapore)Lead and supervise daily warehouse operations with a hands-on approach.Implement and continuously improve warehouse procedures and safety standards.Monitor and analyze KPIs to drive performance and efficiency.Manage inventory control (stock movements, product registration, etc.).Ensure supply of packaging, auxiliary materials, and PPE.Oversee repacking operations and anticipate customer needs.Lead the warehouse team (daily kick-off meetings, scheduling, training, performance evaluation, etc.).Logistics & ProcurementCoordinate logistics operations, including transportation, shipments, and customs processes.Negotiate and manage 3PL contracts, ensuring cost-effective and reliable service.Collaborate with Sales and Purchasing teams to align supply needs and stock availability.Identify and implement cost reduction (Cost Killing) initiatives in transport, warehouse, and service areas.Cross-functional CollaborationAct as a key operational link between Singapore HQ, Indonesia branch, and the global operations team.Ensure alignment with corporate policies and procedures across both markets.Support continuous improvement initiatives in operational processes.RequirementsEducation: Polytechnic or University Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or similar fields.Experience: Minimum 5 years in Supply Chain or Operations Management; experience in the Flavors & Fragrances or Chemical industry is a plus.Strong analytical and organizational skills.Proven experience managing warehouses and 3PL providers.Proficiency with ERP and Office tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.).Leadership and team management capabilities.Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory; knowledge of Bahasa or Spanish is a plus.What We OfferA key role in an expanding multinational group.A dynamic and collaborative work environment with autonomy and impact.Competitive compensation and opportunities for professional growth.Do you want to join an international and fast-growing company?
