Job Description

Role Responsibilities: Lead the containerization of existing systems using tools such as Docker and Kubernetes to enhance scalability and efficiency.Collaborate with external vendors to design, review, and implement technical solutions that align with business and customer needs.Tech Stack Refactoring: Refactor legacy codebases to meet modern standards, improve maintainability, and optimize overall performance.Lead modernization initiatives for the core and common platform tech stacks, including the integration of AI and emerging technologies.Develop and evaluate PoC solutions for new technologies—particularly AI and cloud-based tools—to assess feasibility and business impact.Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and regularly track and report progress on project milestones.Partner with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend engineers to ensure smooth delivery and integration of platform features.Customer Engagement: Interface with customers to gather technical requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver tailored technical support.RequirementBachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in software or platform engineering, with a focus on refactoring, containerization, and system upgrades.Strong hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js and React for full-stack development.Experience with serverless architectures, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.Strong understanding of microservices architecture, REST APIs, and messaging systems (e.g., Kafka).Experience or interest in AI integration and familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) is an advantage.Skilled in refactoring legacy code and optimizing performance.Beyondsoft is committed to being an equal opportunity employer and provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants.
