Key Responsibilities:Overall Management of Technical Delivery including the Upstream and Downstream Interfacing SystemsStakeholder Managementa. Manage project Business and Technology stakeholders, e.g., escalation, expectation, conflict, scope changes, etc.b. Manage relationships with stakeholdersc. Ensure teams work in a collaborative environmentScope Managementa. Manage all changes to the agreed scope of work b. Review and assess changes and impact to timeline & costc. Ensure all changes are approved4. Project Governancea. Coordinate preparation of project plan for ITC, reporting to Program Managerb. Secretary for PSC meetings, chair PWC meetings for their module/projectRisk and Issue Managementa. Anticipate, capture and manage overall project-level risks and issuesb. Track risk agingc. Own and drive resolution and escalate risks and issues in a timely mannerImplementation Managementa. Prepare overall implementation plan taking inputs from all stakeholders including technology. business, operations and co-ordinate execution by respective application teams7. Process Adherencea. Partner with stakeholders in ensuring System Development Methodology is followedProject Reportinga. Measure, monitor and report progress to stakeholders
