Candidate should be a focused, quick thinker who can handle and process large quantities of data accurately and effectively.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Mining of company information from different sources such as interview, government regulatory records, online checking and other related sources. Encoding of company’s Financial Statements and General Information Sheet.Efficiently encode all data that needs organizing and recording.Confirm that entered data is accurate.Doing telephone verification.Input, track and maintain all encoded data and records.Answering queries from clients and internal requests.Report any major error or inconsistencies to immediate superior.Perform any other office tasks that management requires assistance.QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:Microsoft Office proficiencyWith typing speed and accuracy of 40 wpmAbility to quickly process and organize informationWith keen attention to detailGraduate of any 4 year course (preferably Business related course)
