The role requires both operational precision and analytical thinking — ideal for someone with an engineering mindset who enjoys optimizing systems, automating tasks, and improving team efficiency.ResponsibilitiesManage and improve workflows within CRM and related operational tools.Support integration between AI systems, CRM, and document workflows.Review agreements and ensure operational compliance.Analyze and streamline internal processes across departments.Collaborate with management and tech teams to implement process improvements.RequirementsBackground in engineering, computer science, or business systems.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent organizational and communication abilities.Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and automation tools.Interest in AI-driven process optimization and digital operations.
