We are an organisation that enjoys consistent and rapid growth, offering our employees secure employment, career progression and a safe work environment that encourages and brings out the best in our people.Your new roleReporting to the Operations Supervisor and based at our Dandenong South Branch, we are looking for a Trade Assistant, General Hand, Building Maintenance, who is a good team player with a customer centric attitude to join our team and support branch hire activities in the hire yard.Duties include but are not limited toOperate large forklifts to load and unload materials and buildingsPrepare, clean, and pack hire buildings to required standardsProcess paperwork for installation and return of hire assetsConduct stocktakes of assets as requiredHandle customer service requests promptly and professionallyPrepare hire buildings for transit and deliveryUnpack, test, and clean ancillary equipment returned from hire.What you will bring to the roleMust be trade-qualified (Carpenter, Sheetmetal Worker, or similar)Building maintenance & repair experienceForklift license & large forklift operationOpen Driver’s License & White CardStrong customer service, communication & interpersonal skillsDetail-oriented with solid numeric skillsTeam player with ability to work independentlyWhy Join Us?Offers work/life balance with no shift workJob security in modular constructionAdditional company benefits including gym subsidies and discounts.Apply Now!
