JOB REQUIREMENTS: Hiring for Operators! 2nd shift hours: Monday -Friday, 3pm - 11pm 3rd shift hours: Monday - Friday, 11pm - 7am Summary:Responsible for setting up and performing secondary operations,packaging and inspection of parts on extrusion lines. EssentialFunctions include the following: (additional duties may be assigned asRequired.) 1. Set-up And Operation Of Secondary Equipment IncludingRadial arm saw Punch press Drill press Router Table saw 2. Producequality products following company procedures and work instructions.Complete secondary check sheets and required documentation. Ability toinspect parts per the specification sheet requirement using: CalipersGages and mating parts Digital rule and Tape measures 3. Ability tooperate a forklift. 4. Inspect and package parts on the extrusion linesfollowing specification sheets and packaging diagrams. 5. Contributeideas to improve the efficiency of operations and quality of products.Participate in solving quality problems and implementing corrective andpreventive actions. 6. Making cartons, skids and general housekeeping ofplant and maintenance of equipment. 7. Must have a good command of theEnglish language, both written and spoken. 8. Must be able to read andinterpret drawings, follow routers, use simple math, and use basichand-held measuring tools. Provide assistance to set-up technicians asneeded. \*\*\*\*\* OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Physical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those thatmust be met by an employee to successfully perform the essentialfunctions of this job.
