该职位来源于猎聘 岗位要求： 1、金属材料、高分子、机械设计、电子、化工专业硕士优先 2、善于处理复杂矛盾，沟通协调能力强；善于发现问题，解决问题，善于分析总结，具有较强的逻辑思考能力； 3、富有创新意识，能持续改善工作；较强的的自主能力及执行能力，具有解决困难问题的能力，原则性强。 4、具有良好的沟通、协调、计划、统筹能力；能承受一定工作压力，有较好的计划性，耐心、稳重、细心，质量意识强。 岗位职责： 1、对应专业领域材料特性研究：设计、生产+质量关键控制点。 2、对应专业领域材料供应商质量赋能与管控。 3、对应专业领域材料质量痛点攻关。
