This role requires deep expertise in inventory accounting, strong command of QuickBooks and Fishbowl, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic startup environment. Responsibilities: Lead monthly close processes, audits, and financial reporting in compliance with U. S.

GAAPMaintain accurate general ledger, account reconciliations, and cash flow trackingOversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory, payroll, and fixed asset accountingManage budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelingPartner with leadership on KPI tracking and building reliable financial dashboardsPlay a key role in integrating financial operations during M&A activitiesRequirements: 3+ years of accounting management experience, ideally within a startupDeep understanding of U. S. GAAP, inventory accounting, costing methods, and COGSExpert in QuickBooks Online and familiar with QuickBooks DesktopProficient in Fishbowl Inventory or similar inventory accounting softwareAdvanced Excel and Google Sheets skillsComfortable using multiple tools and systems (Slack, Google Drive, email, etc.

)Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsTech-savvy self-starter who takes initiative and drives solutionsExperience with system integrations and financial dashboards (e. g. , Reach Reporting)This is a fully remote role with preference for candidates able to work during U.
