In Indonesia, it is playing a pivotal role in the country’s digital transformation through partnerships with governments, telcos, enterprises, education institutions, and other industry segments.Job RoleThe Optical (CCTV) Product Manager leads the promotion and technical positioning of the company's video surveillance and security solutions—including cameras, NVRs, and intelligent video platforms—across enterprise and government markets in Indonesia. This role acts as a technical pre-sales specialist and solution advisor, supporting sales teams by designing tailored CCTV and IVS (Intelligent Video Surveillance) solutions, engaging directly with customers and partners, and managing end-to-end proposal and delivery support. The Product Manager also plays a key role in competitive positioning, scenario-based design, and building long-term customer relationships through high-quality solution delivery.Success in this role requires strong technical expertise in CCTV systems, video storage, and AI-powered analytics, as well as the ability to present and communicate effectively with clients, channel partners, and internal teams. The Product Manager is expected to contribute to both technical delivery and business growth through active customer engagement and market insight.Key ResponsibilitiesPre Sales and Customer EngagementPromote the CCTV and IVS solutions, including cameras, NVRs, VMS, and AI-based analytics.Deliver product presentations and technical proposals to enterprise, government, and channel customers.Increase awareness of the surveillance portfolio through events, demos, and roadshows.Customer & Partner EngagementEngage directly with channel partners, system integrators, and end customers to assess needs and recommend suitable video surveillance solutions.Guide partners through technical evaluations and support solution delivery for project success.Revenue ContributionShare revenue and solution targets with the sales and channel team by driving technical wins, supporting commercial structuring, and ensuring successful project delivery.Market Intelligence and Competitive AnalysisMonitor trends in video surveillance technology, such as AI analytics, compression standards (H.264, H.265), and integration protocols (ONVIF, RTSP).Track and benchmark against competitors like Hikvision, Uniview, Axis, and provide improvement feedback.Partner EnablementDeliver training and technical support to the company's sales teams and channel partners.Support partner marketing, certifications, and capacity building to expand solution reach and readiness.Candidate RequirementsEducation: At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or other ICT-related disciplines.Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, solution sales, or pre-sales roles within the video surveillance or security solutions industry (experience working with or for CCTV vendors, system integrators, or channel partners is highly preferred).Industry Expertise: Strong understanding of the CCTV and intelligent video surveillance (IVS) ecosystem, including camera hardware, video storage, and video analytics.Product and Customer Expertise:Familiarity with government, public safety, transportation, commercial building, or smart city sectors.Hands-on experience with IP-based CCTV systems, including NVRs, VMS platforms, and AI features like facial recognition or behavior analysis.Experience engaging with both technical teams and project owners from system integrators, end customers, or government agencies.Technical Expertise:Capable of designing and presenting end-to-end surveillance solutions, producing BoQs, and supporting proposal development.Strong technical communication skills with the ability to guide partners and sales teams through product positioning, implementation, and delivery support.Language: Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Mandarin proficiency is a plus.Professional Qualities:Self-driven, proactive, adaptable to a fast-paced environment, and able to work both independently and within cross-functional teams.Target- and results-oriented, with the ability to contribute to shared revenue goals through technical leadership.Job Code: #372
