Company Description Optical company in Saudi Arabia. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Optician located in Saudi Arabia. The Optician will be responsible for assisting customers with eyewear selection, conducting eye exams, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The daily tasks include interpreting optical prescriptions, fitting and adjusting eyewear, and providing advice on lens types, frames, and styling. The Optician will also be accountable for performing routine maintenance on eyewear and providing excellent customer service to ensure a positive patient experience. QualificationsExperience of not less than 2 yearsSkills in Optics and OptometryExperience in conducting Eye ExamsStrong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAttention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesFlexibility to work in a fast-paced environmentCertification or degree in opticianry or a related field is a plusPrevious experience in an optician role preferred
