As a Business Analyst, your primary responsibility is to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions by gathering and analyzing requirements, collaborating with stakeholders, and driving continuous process improvement to ensure successful delivery of high-value solutions. Core ResponsibilitiesWorks closely with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business needs using techniques including user stories, workflows, user personas, and use case modeling. Collaborates with the Product team to prioritize and refine the product backlog based on business value and technical feasibility. Identifies areas for optimization in business processes and workflows, recommending solutions that align with Agile principles.
Facilitates communication between stakeholders, development teams, and customers to ensure alignment on project goals. Creates clear and concise documentation of requirements, processes, and user stories to support development efforts. Participates in sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups to ensure requirements are understood and implemented effectively. Utilizes technical knowledge to bridge business requirements with development capabilities. Other duties as assigned. RequirementsBachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field. 7+ years of experience in similar role. Proficient in Agile and development tools (e. g. , Atlassian tools, Figma, Asana). Experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, English required. Adaptability to changing priorities in dynamic environments. Familiarity with analytical tools such as Power BI is a plus. Familiarity with different database management systems preferred.
