Job Description

 Perform duties supporting the tendering process, including pre-and post qualification of bidders and tender documents. ▪ Responsible for the end-to-end completion of assigned proposals, bids, quotations, and tender responses, which are both technically and commercially compliant with the Customer’s requirements and specifications. ▪ Allocates proposal numbers and maintains filling index in numerical order for the government, semi-government & private sector projects thru ERP (Odoo) system. ▪ Working closely with the Business Development Director & Manager for the preparation of the most competitive technical and commercial proposal in accordance with the client’s requirements. ▪ Evaluate customer requests for tender/bid documents and identify/learn customer requirements for bid purposes ▪ Coordinate bid inputs from all organizational departments. ▪ Update the proposals status/record on regular basis. ▪ Planning of various proposals on the basis of Priority / Urgency. ▪ Apply Vendor Registration and Pre-qualification requirements upon instruction by Business Development Director/Manager. ▪ Handle various SAP Ariba E-Marketplace systems & ECN/portal of clients. ▪ Handle ETIMAD Government Portals. ▪ Communicating intensively with clients to establish cordial/effective business relationships. ▪ Initiates follow-ups with the clients for submitted proposals status. ▪ Organize time management for proposal submittal as per the required submission schedule date. ▪ Defined and integrated roles, responsibilities, and processes for the business team and data management organization. ▪ Identified and pursued valuable business opportunities to generate new company revenue and improve bottom-line profitability. ▪ Developed and executed strategic initiatives to implement key changes and improvements in business development and sales programs. ▪ Completed and submitted monthly and yearly reports to support executive decision-making. Communicated directly with customers and partners to build strong business networks and relationships. ▪ Identified business development challenges and customer concerns for proactive resolution. ▪ Planned marketing initiatives and leveraged referral networks to promote business development. ▪ Performed website content management tasks to enhance company marketing techniques and promote brand exposure. ▪ Developed new proposals, contracts, and procedures to draw in more clients and streamline work operations. ▪ Researched product pricing, ratings, and performance, and created comparison spreadsheets to evaluate competitors. ▪ Created strategic and tactical sales initiatives for planning to meet key objectives.
