The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle APEX application development and a solid understanding of manufacturing business processes. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and high-performing applications to support various operational and business needs.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and deploy Oracle APEX applications to meet business and operational requirements.Create and maintain PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and triggers to support application functionalities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, and translate them into technical solutions.Integrate APEX applications with other enterprise systems and databases.Optimize existing applications for performance, usability, and scalability.Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to APEX applications and underlying databases.Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and user guides.Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance in all APEX applications.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and suggest innovative solutions to enhance business processes.Support and train end-users on new applications or functionalities as needed.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.3 to 4 years of proven experience in Oracle APEX application development.Strong command of PL/SQL and SQL.Experience working with Oracle databases and knowledge of database design and optimization.Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web technologies as they relate to APEX development.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Excellent communication and documentation skills.Preferred SkillsExperience in the manufacturing industry or knowledge of manufacturing processes.Understanding of ERP systems and integration with APEX.Exposure to Agile development methodologies.
