Oracle FLEXCUBE - Techno-Functional Consultant

IntroductionWe are looking for a highly skilled Techno-Functional Consultant with 4–5 years of experience in Oracle FLEXCUBE v14.7 implementation. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in both the functional and technical areas of FLEXCUBE, with proven experience delivering end-to-end implementations, customization, integration, and support.Your Role And ResponsibilitiesLead and support Oracle FLEXCUBE v14.7 implementation and upgrade projects.Gather business requirements, conduct gap analysis, and provide functional solutions.Configure FLEXCUBE modules based on client requirements (e.g., Core, CASA, Loans, Trade Finance, Payments, Treasury).Perform FLEXCUBE customization, scripting (PL/SQL), and API integrations.Support SIT, UAT, and Go-Live activities; manage issue tracking and resolution.Provide production support and deliver enhancements.Coordinate with internal teams (product, infra, security) and external stakeholders.Ensure compliance with regulatory, risk, and audit standards.Preferred EducationMaster's DegreeRequired Technical And Professional Expertise7–10 years of techno-functional experience with Oracle FLEXCUBE (preferably v14.7).Strong understanding of FLEXCUBE v14.7 architecture, data model, and APIs.Hands-on experience in FLEXCUBE v14.7 customization (using Oracle Banking Extensibility framework, User Exits, APIs, Web Services).Proficient in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms/Reports, Java (optional but a plus).Solid knowledge of banking operations and business processes.Experience in issue analysis, debugging, and providing efficient solutions.Familiarity with FLEXCUBE modules like Core Banking, Loans, Payments, Trade Finance, Treasury, etc.Knowledge of FLEXCUBE testing lifecycle – SIT, UAT, migration, and Go-Live supportExperience with FLEXCUBE testing cycles (SIT, UAT) and migration activities.Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Technical And Professional ExperienceOracle FLEXCUBE Certifications.Experience with Agile methodology is a plus
