Job Description
MissionCreate/submit/manage Orders and Renewals in compliance with 3DS policies and rules Train and advise Sales Organizations and Partners in the execution of the OTC process Contribute to OTC process and to DSx.Client Order evolution and testing Contribute to process automation ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and process orders and renewals in compliance with 3DS policies and rulesAct as an expert on DSx.Client Care & Order toolEnsure transactions are processed as per agreement and per 3DS policies and rules as established by Business Administration departments (Credit and Billing, Customer Engagement Success, Export Control, Finance, Legal, License Compliance, Pricing, Revenue Recognition, Sales Business Administration, Tax, Treasury…).Audit transactions as per audit programs or for specific requestsEnsure key internal controls are strictly appliedEnsure the reliability and accuracy of customer license installed base and handle any discrepanciesContribute to the transformation and automation of processes across the Shared Service Centers and Process Centers Depending on scope and organizationSuggest process and tools improvements to adapt them to business changes and/or to improve efficiency and effectivenessContribute to the DSx.Client Care & Order enhancements testing as requiredTrain and advise Sales and Distribution partners in the execution and use of processes, tools and published business practicesContribute to acquisition integration projectsManage customer and partner claimsProvide support to DistributorsDrive specific projects such as support of API for partners, RPA creation, and Business Process AutomationEducation: College or relevant level educational backgroundMinimum 4-5 years working experienceMinimum 3 years of order management or sales administration related experienceWork experience at multi-national companiesWork experience in complex cross functional environmentWork experience participating in projects related to Automation, RPA, or VBAStrong communication and co-ordination skillSelf-motivated, highly organized and team-orientedFlexibleWell-developed presentation and problem solving skillsStrong experience with ERP systemProject management and/or project support experience as a core memberIntegrityStrong sense of responsibilityRisk takingFast decision making in compliance with company policySense of urgencyNegotiation and Business senseGovernance awarenessGood physical conditionInclusion statementAs a game-changer in sustainable technology and innovation, Dassault Systèmes is striving to build more inclusive and diverse teams across the globe.
